Malonate is a competitive inhibitor preventing the substrate succinate from binding to the enzyme. The structure of succinate is comparable to that of malonate but for the ability for malonate to bind to an enzyme but then cannot further act on it creating a nonproductive complex.
ammonium perchlorate
ammonium hydroxide, ammonium nitrate, ammonium sulphate, uranium diuranate, ammonium chloride, ammonium carbonate, ammonium fluoride, ammonium bromide, etc.
One example: Ammonium Nitrate and Fuel Oil. I'd hardly call these safe when apart! A whole town in Germany was once destroyed when a barn full of fertilizer (ammonium nitrate) blew up. (Ammonium nitrate is a solid, but all the elements making it up are gases). Fuel oil is not exactly safe either - it's illegal in many countries to store it yourself. How about carbon and oxygen? Diamonds exist happiy in air, but carbon monoxide is a killer.
Ammonium Chloride
what is ammonium succinate? An amino acid
It is used in foods, medicines, and in production of bio-fuels. See the link at the bottom of the page for more information.
Yes, Ammonium chloride is generally regarded as safe (GRAS) in small quantities. It is commonly used to produce salty licorice.
Malonate is a competitive inhibitor of succinate dehydrogenase, the enzyme responsible for converting succinate to fumarate in the citric acid cycle. Malonate resembles succinate and competes for the active site of succinate dehydrogenase. As a result, malonate binds to the enzyme and prevents succinate from binding, inhibiting the conversion of succinate to fumarate.

I've worked in pharmacy for awhile. There is no know interaction between the too. However to be on the safe side do not take anymore than 25mg of Doxylamine Succinate and take a regular does of ibuprofen NOTHING with added codeine in it! As one is an anti-inflamatory and the other is a calmative it MAY slightly increase the "hungover" feeling the next day. Personally I find a bit of caffeine helps make that go away but it depends on the individual!
Malonic acid is a competitive inhibitor of succinate dehydrogenase.
All through the Citric Acid Cycle. Succinate dehydrogenase oxidizes succinate.
Is dolxylamine succinate a drug they look for when drug testing.
no
Tartrate is the generic for Lopressor. Succinate is the generic for Toprol XL.
Very, but in high concentration, it can be toxic. But that is highly unlikely.
