No, i didn't want to spend the money so i just bought an internet cable and ran it from my x box 360 to my internet router for a fraction of the cost. This is asumeing you have internet in your home.
yes you do. even though your internet is now set up for wireless, your xbox isn't unless you buy the adapter for it
You can't. You will need to purchase a new router.
you buy the wireless adapter
Not all ISP (internet service providers) will allow use of XBOX Live. For good quality gaming internet, consider getting AOL, Virgin Broadband or BT Internet. For best performances, its recommended to have speeds of 10 MB or faster!!
If you have a wireless router just get a wireless adapter for the computer. It can be USB or PCI adapter. And connect your new adapter to the router in the same way as you connected the first computer.
Computer > Network Adapter > Router > ISP > Internet
Wireless network adapter.
No. You can't use the internet router for a wireless adapter, because the X-box 360 has a USB port in the back, where the $100 dollar wireless adapter goes. The router is the internet transmitter/receiver, while the wireless adapter is a receiver. And when I say a receiver for the router, it means it will only take the internet and transmit it to you.
Of course, you can. You have to have a wireless router connected to a modem or directly to internet channel.
Yes. Otherwise how would it connect to the internet?
A wireless USB adapter allows a computer or wireless device to connect to a wireless router. It is needed for any device which is not wired to an internet connection, to connect.
no...you can buy things like wireless internet cards or drill holes in the wall to hardwire it but having just a wireless thing would be easiest
