This is more of an opinion question. So I'll give my honest opinion. In my opinion, I believe that Power Tool Dragon is the better choice. It's effect would be more useful if you have equips in your deck. Say like 5? Then it'd be quite powerful. However, if you don't have ANY, then Ancient Fairy Dragon is definitely the better choice.
