Yes, almost every car you encounter with snow/winter tires on them will be good in snow. It also depends on how you drive and the clearance of the car itself. Audi has a very low clearance so don't be stupid and start to go into 6" or more of snow.
Snow in your definition might not be the same as mine. For me, snow= icy road, uphill, slush, unplowed road and 2"-3" of powdered snow.
I drive a 3000GT VR4 with winter tires on it and it's the best dang car to me.
