I'm taking on a trip to south America.
No, the USB memory card reader will not work for an Xbox 360 storage device. A memory card reader is a device for inserting a memory card into so that data can be retrieved and any storage device that is to be connected to an Xbox 360 must be properly formatted so that it is compatible with the console.
An SD card in a card reader will not work as an XBox storage device if it's write protected.
Yes if you have a storage device, i.e a Memory Card or Hardrive.
You can format and use a USB flash drive as an Xbox 360 storage device and store up to 2 terabytes (TB) of content.
You can't, unless you have modded software (which is usually illegal, I might add).
The Xbox 360 Elite is better because it has a higher storage capacity
You can use any USB Storage Device (such as a thumb drive or an external hard drive) to store games, saves, Gamertags, or media on. But, it is better to use the Official Xbox Thumb drive or the Xbox Hard Drive as they are both designed for use with the Xbox 360.
no there is not anyone yet
its the memory storage box
Short answer: you don't. The USB mass storage device can only be used to access pictures (at least as far as I have been able to use one). Long Answer: Don't know how you got a save game file onto the USB device, if it was from a PC then you won't be able to access the file from the XBOX 360 as the two have different file types for games.
No, you cannot transfer files from your 360 to any other device No, you cannot transfer files from your 360 to any other device
