I think you have to get 10+ kills with a single killstreak. IE. get at least ten kills with a chopper gunner or ac130...but im not sure if this is right... i have it but i cant remember exactly how to get it. You have to get all your Killstreak Rewards in under 20 seconds. The easiest way to do this is 3/4/5 set up. The 10+ killstreak title is Omnicide
