It is hard to say if it is too low. Every womens HCG levels during pregnancy are different. What matters the most is that they are doubling every 2 to 3 days. according to the chart on the link below, your levels are in the normal range. I would ask your Dr. just to be sure though. http://www.justmommies.com/articles/hcg-levels.shtml
www.craigmedical.com/hcg_system_amount.htm has a chart to tell you what your hcg should be through out pregnancy.
It is possible yes.
No. the range is 5 to 426 at 4 weeks and 18 to 7340 at 5 weeks.
That is a low #. i am 11,000 and 4 weeks. You may want to ask to moniter your # it should double very 2 days. Good luck
HCG levels are detectable at low levels as early as 7-9 days after ovulation. During the first 3-4 weeks after fertilization the HCG level doubles every two days. By the fist missed period the level will be 50-250 mIU/ml. HCG will peak at approx. 60-70 days after fertilization at 80,000-150,000 mIU/ml, then gradually decrease during the remainder of the pregnancy.
At 5 weeks LMP the average hCG level is: 18 - 7,340 mIU/ml. So your hCG level is completely normal at 650 mIU/ml.Progesterone level during the first trimester is (on average) 9 - 47. A level of '6' at 5 weeks LMP maybe a little low or maybe completely normal for YOU! If you are not having any problems I would advice you to follow your doctor's suggestions or get a second opinion if you don't agree with him/her.I you are having symptoms a retest done 72 hours after the first test should be concidered.
I would imagine so yes. I had an early miscarriage and it took 10 weeks for the hormone to leave my system and that was when the hormones were quite low. After giving birth you have a high level of hormones in your body.
According to Stanford Medicine, marijuana use may raise hCG levels. http://www.livestrong.com/article/530774-what-can-cause-hcg-levels-to-fluctuate/
Yes, having low hcg levels or no hcg levels while pregnant can be hereditary
Im not a doctor by any means, but this just happened to me. Six weeks along a transvaginal ultra sound showed no gestational sac or any form of develpment. At that time they said you will miscarry. ( This is my 3rd one) At the time of my ultrasounds, my HcG level was 1400- 2 days later it jumped to only 1800- 2 weeks later they sent me to the lab for more blood work and the HcG level was 3500. They did another ultra sound and found a gestational sac that was not formed 2 weeks prior. Now I will be seeing a specialist going forward, but they currently think my iussue is hormonal. My HCg levels are way too low during my last two pegnancies. I wish I know what caused this..... Good luck to you. Jersey
Hi. I know how frustrating all of these numbers can be. I am 5 weeks and my beta was 1600 on weds and 2410 on fri. Your numbers should definantly be doubling. I had an ectopic back in June with my beta only being 40 at 4 weeks 2 days. I pray that your not experiencing that....very traumatic, just keep close to your doc he/she will know exactly whats going on.....hope this helps.
i think you can be still pregant with a low hcg levels cause it has happen in many women is this true or not
Can be different for everybody, but it might help if you take the test first thing in the morning when your HCG levels are the most concentrated.
