This would also preety much rule out all or atleast most people in the reserves and national guard. my two cents- It is ignorant to say that "This would also pretty much rule out all or at least most people in the reservist and national guard." Especially since the war is being fought mostly by reservist and guardsmen. Yeah right "One weekend a month".
