Most people don't think of antifreeze as a lubricant, but it can be use as one in short term operations. Take a silicone polished table top and place water on top of this in a small focal area. Look at the silicone repel the water. That water that beads up sits on top of the silicone. In light mass systems the mass would float on top of the silicone. This is the ideal lubricant for very light masses. Keeping the water in place is the problem. As a general lubricant water and antifreeze are not used, but don't spray silicone on the floor and the spill water. It's slicker than silicone by itself.
