Not by anyone with any degree of sense. I vaguely recall a junior high rumor to the effect that aspirin and coke together formed an aphrodisiac, but there's no scientific basis behind this claim, and mixing them is more likely to make your date ill than amorous.
There was an old rumor that coke and aspirin would get you high- no true, but I have seen the phrase "coke and aspirin sort of thing" in books, meaning a cheap thrill or pehaps a futile attempt to get a cheap thrill.
