Is baby eczema curable My grandson is six months old and has eczema on his face and back . it is irritating. does it go eventually?

It isn't exactly 'curable', but if he's only very young, then he should grow out of it pretty quickly. If it doesn't clear up by itself then you should probably go and speak to your doctor, they'll give you some creams to treat it.
