It isn't exactly 'curable', but if he's only very young, then he should grow out of it pretty quickly. If it doesn't clear up by itself then you should probably go and speak to your doctor, they'll give you some creams to treat it.

Treatments for Eczema?

Certain medications may need to be avoided (with a doctor's supervision), as well as body products with irritating chemicals, perfumes, or dyes. For extreme cases, there are some procedures that may help reduce eczema breakouts, such as microdermabrasion or other forms of light therapy.

Will the cow urine help out in eczema?

Probably not - eczema in humans is a poorly understood disease that appears to be related to skin hypersensitivity. Cow urine has many irritating chemicals in it, including ammonia (which causes the smell of urine), carbonic acid, uric acid derivatives, etc. Putting an irritating solution on hypersensitive skin is more likely to make the eczema worse rather than making it better. Also, there are several bacteria that can be found in cow urine, including Leptospira, E. coli and Salmonella. These can all cause infections in humans, particularly if the natural defenses of the skin are compromised and the bacteria can get into the blood stream.
