One can decide that bacon forms the basis of some sort of religious belief system, and construct a doctrine and obtain First Amendment protection as a religion. The doctrine does not even have to be consistent or coherent before such protection attaches. There might be some who worship bacon somewhere. So the answer is "not yet".
