I'm yeah it is very bad to breathe in baking soda. I don't understand every website is blind to the fact that inhaling baking soda is bad for you. Note I do have Asthma though. I used it to clean mattress, couldn't vacuum it up so I slept on it for a month. Then finally swept it off right into the air and completely covering my place in baking soda dust. I've had a hard time cleaning it and keep breathing it in. My chest hurts bad, can't breathe and can only sleep for 2hrs before waking up with asthma attack
