Unless you're allergic, banana shakes are healthy. Bananas are full of nutrients, icecream/milk (assuming milkshake) have carbohydrates, vitamin D (usually milk is fortified with viatmin D) and calcium.

well mine is not really a smoothie more like a shake but what i do is put vanilla ice cream in a cup then put slices of banana in the cup then chop it all up and stir it then you have a banana shake!
