Slimming world and weight watchers are very good but you have to pay. The NHS website is free and gives some good tips too :)
The website indicates that if one joins before February 28th, membership is absolutely free. The website indicates that one can sign up for 66p a day. Once the membership is obtained, LifelineOnline can be obtained for free as well.
If you are using the net then there are many exercise suggestions you can get for free. Just try various sites such as ab exercises, arm firming, health.com, etc. With a little searching you can exercise all day.
There are many places online one can find a free weight loss plan. Such a plan can be found on 'SparkPeople', 'eDiets', 'Slimming Solutions' and the 'NHS' website.
The food is not free.
To get free food in runescape, i would go to world 1, go to the barbarian village near the fishing spot and ask people for free cooked food or raw food. The kinds of food they will give you is most likely salmon and trout. You can also catch your own fish. I find it is usually not worthwhile to try to get free stuff - food or otherwise. You can make a lot of money if you mine a while, or do some other economic activity; that's more efficient (in my opinion) than spending lots of time trying to get things for "free".
You can go to a homeless shelter. There are also soup kitchens, etc., though not in all parts of the world.
