well we have lymph nodes all over our body, and I have had experience with the ones near my groin area. And a good remedy is to keep a wrung hot towel on it. you just want to stay as warm as you can, and drink a lot of water to ease the dry mouth. I think you are talking about the one under your chin, and I am Sure it will work both ways with the warm towel.
