Bedbugs can travel on pets fur but its rare that this would happen... they cannot survive on pets-they can't feed on them or reproduce on them. I had a bed bug problem and got rid of it (after multiple fumigations) without getting rid of my pets (although obviously the pets didn't stay in the home during the fumigation. And just to be on the safe side I used Adams flea dip on them before bringing them back in.

Um, I don't think cows have "fur". Unless if its the distinctive pattern of the cow's fur or the hide of the cow, which can be dried into leather.
