I've been a celiac for 5 years now, and will usually be able to tell if I have consumed any gluten. I've drank plenty of beefeater gin, and I've never had a celiac attack as a result. I actually have yet to encounter any problems with gin, and commonly order gin and tonic as a replacement for beer.
