Being "religious" has nothing to do with being good or being Spiritual. Being good or Spiritual is not an ethnic trait. If you believe that being good or Spiritual is an ethnic trait that is called "chauvanism"... look it up and think about it.

Christianity is a religion. There is no one ethnicity that goes with being a christian. We believe that the teachings of Jesus should be available to everyone; Basically we're everywhere.
Being a missionary is considered a religious job, since you go around converting people into your religion. You can also be the priest, pastor, or any of such jobs.

However Chinese people tend to identify everything in the entire world outside of China as being foreign/ethnic, and everything outside of East Asia as being one huge "western culture" without really making geographic or cultural distinctions. So American food is considered ethnic, but lumped into the same category as Italian, French, Brazilian, German, Russian, African, British, Australian, Canadian, and South American cuisine as "Western Food" and as there aren't any dominant ethnicities in China besides Han Chinese, it's mostly just viewed as being foreign, and isn't very popular compared to Chinese food.
