I just used a quick BMI calculator for your height and weight, and it gave me the value of 20. As reference, BMI numbers between 25-29 are considered to represent individuals whom are "overweight". Since you are under the BMI of 25 very safely, I would say that you are not considered "fat". The term however, is used very loosely and many times what is considered an average height/weight ratio for a teen of your age is considered a bit "fat". Society's standards are a bit rough in terms of judging physique, but in terms of health, I would say that you are in relatively good health for your age. You are also young, so I would say that you have at least an inch or so left to grow... so your BMI will change as you grow more.

And in case you were wondering what BMI is, it stands for Body Mass Index, which is a ratio of height/weight that is used to loosely help determine relative excess body fat mass that one has. The values you get place you into the categories of: Underweight, Desirable, Overweight, or Obese. However, do be aware that if you are very physically active and have a good amount of muscle mass, your BMI numbers will be skewed towards inferring that you are more overweight than you actually are (muscle mass weighs more than fat mass does, but the BMI calculations do not account for this, and thus perceive your extra body weight from muscle to actually be fat).

Hey, don't worry about being overweight. Be happy just as you are. You are still young be focused in more important things, like school, family, sports, and etc. As long as you don't eat a lot of junk food and do some physical activity (running, swimming, bike riding) you're okay. Everyone is special in their own way and you don't need to be worried, you're too young. You don't want to be overweight, but you don't want to be underweight. Most girls your age try to be skinny, but they are actually hurting themselves. It can make you get sick easier and stuff. Now, I'm not telling you to be overweight, but just don't be overly self-conscious of your self. Around your age i was just as worried as you were over my weight. I was 13 and weighed about 115 pounds and was 5' 4". But, over a long period ofd time i forgot about it and today I'm perfectly happy. Just be happy as you are right now and don't think about it and be so worried.
