no it's not. being bi means that your attracted to both sexes.
some people (men) say that there bi to protect there insecurity but sooner or later they "come out" as gay meaning that they finally come to terms with there sexuality which is being a homosexual man.

∙ 7y agoNo. Usually gay means being attracted to someone of the same gender and bisexual means being attracted to your own gender and other genders. However, some bisexual people will identify as gay as well as bisexual. It all comes down to personal preference.
