But every pregnancy it is different just like every human's body reacts different to pregnancy. So, again don't worry too much because this will affect your pregnancy too. Go to your Doctor he has the best answers. Note: Being thirsty is a common symptom of diabetes and diabetes is common and serious in pregnant women. Go to your doctor ASAP.
