YES, Belmont is dirty, corupt, riddled with gangs, fights, extortion, inmates control the place, and CO's are just as bad, they should be locked up too! No first time offender with little time, should be sent to this place. It is not a place for rehabilitation, there is no structure, it is a free for all, everything they we sent there for, is the way they live everyday. How can they come out better people, when they have to fight day to day, just to stay alive. Tell me where the justice is here. It is the worst prison in Ohio, and I prey for each and everyone of them and there families too..
