Bits hyderabad gives importance to both academics and cultural life. Also the bits brand name is next after the IIT brand name and would help greatly in getting admits into foreign universities. IIIT on the other hand is very much focussed on academics ...and diversity lacks as there are only about 200 students per batch as against bits hyderabad where there are 700 students. As u progress in ur college ..you will get to know more about various branches and what they study about and have a better circle of friends in various groups .But in IIIT only 2 courses exist ie cs and ece. So considering these facts Bits Hyderabad is better.

BITS Pilani runs an extension center in Bangalore for "off-campus" students. These students are employees of various companies like Intel, Yahoo, etc and are eligible to be BITS students under the MoUs signed by their respective companies and BITS.
