No. His estate will resolve all financial matters in much the same way, (except easier) than a BK anyway. I don't mean to sound fresh...but the intent of BK is to give someone a fresh financial start....not allow them to escape paying their obligations and some types of BK C-13 specifically, which are required in many financial situations, demand that payments from future earnings be made for years trying to pay off the debts. That would appear to not be realistic in this case.
