Yes.

It depends. I find it less offensive if someone of my religion, race, or in your case hair color, tells a joke and they are of that religion, race or hair color. I don't find it bad.

Yes and no. It depends what you want? It is good for softening and getting rid of greasy hair, also helps with the shone :) however if you don't want blond in your hair color avoid sunlight while you have it on your hair. It's good for lightning hair color so for dark arm hair a bit of lemon juice and sunlight will really help hide it :) anything else just ask.

No, don't dye your hair because it will look fake if you have those color eyebrows. Many times People can tell that the color is fake.

Unfortunately, yes. I have light brown hair too and when I tried to die it blond it turned carrot orange. The only way to die your hair blond if you have brown hair is to either die it a very very very dark blond (which would not really be very different to your colour) or bleach it and then die it. Except that would be permanent and does a lot of damage to your hair. So if I were you, I would just keep it brown. Having brown hair is not that bad. Unfortunately, I had to learn the hard way. PS. : I know this because I tried it before and also I have been a cosmetologist for 25 years now, so trust me, DON'T DO IT.
