Yes, they are both common side effects of Adderall IR/XR. The numbness shouldn't be too noticeable, but you will tend to use slightly more force than you normally would during everyday activities (unknowingly). The blurred vision is usually a harmless side effect, but may have have potentially dangerous implications.

Adderall and Wellbutrin typically work very well together. I myself took 150mg Wellbutrin XL and 90mg Adderall XR, it worked fine. It's more common to adjust the dose of Adderall, because the body does build up a tolerance.
