That is one of the symptoms of EPM. This is a serious neurological issue due to protozoa in the spinal cord and/or brain.
This has to do with how the brain moves inside the skull in different crashes.Head on:In a head on crash the head and brain are best suited to taking crash forces in this direction. Cars are built to Best absorb crash forces from this direction all adding up to a lower brain injury rate. Side impact crash:Second worst type, head is not ideal for preventing brain injury from the side, cars can not absorb so much of the crash force, head very often hits the side window or a metal door post or frame causing further trauma. Side impact crash to front or rear of vehicle. Most dangerous type crash for brain injury. The brain can actually twist inside skull tearing blood vessels and causing massive hidden damage. Vehicle can be mildly damaged and the person inside will be awake and talking but the hidden damage can be fatal.
Frontal lobes are located in the front (anterior) part, pretty much right behind your forehead.
It's at the base of the brain, right about the center. Just in front of where the spinal cord attaches.

This nerve runs from your spine, down your back, through your butt muscles. The other area that an injury can occur is your brain.....a stroke, anuerism, tumor, degenerative disease can all cause drop foot. GO TO THE DOCTOR, please.
The brain is in the back, sides, and front of the head.
