The is a high chance that brass is strong; however, there is also a high chance that Australia will have a coalition government and that Chuck Norris isn't really the god-like person people think he is. Some things that probably aren't strong include gay males, feathers and Aquaman. Please consider this in conjunction to your inquiry.

yes, brass is a alloy and zinc is a element.

metallic elements are usually weaker than alloys because the atoms of a metal CAN slide through each other while this allows bending of a metallic element quite easy (e.g. aluminum foil (Al) can be bent easily) and since most alloys contain carbon atoms, the carbon atom will make it harder for the alloy's metallic atoms to slide through each other and hence giving it's strength because with the addition of carbon atoms it is harder for the metallic atoms to slide through each other..

No. Steel is a great deal stronger and harder- otherwise, swords would be made of brass.

Brass is a strong metal but not the strongest metal. Steel is stronger. Brass is somewhat malleable. Aluminum is sometimes combined with brass to make it stronger.

Brass is much stronger than gold, but gold is much more valuable and is much rarer than brass.

Depends on what you compare it to. Compared to cheese brass is very tough. Compared to steel, brass is soft.
