AnswerBreast milk by far Answer:Breastmilk is ALWAYS superior to any kind of formula. They have yet to figure out a way to make something that beats Mother Nature and I doubt they ever will. Plus, it's free and is always at the right temperature.

Don't forget about the importance of the bonding occurring between mother and child while breastfeeding. This closeness is almost as important as the the nutritional value of breastmilk. It is far better to have your child bond with you than with a plastic bottle. Also, don't discount the health benefits to the mother when she nurses. Weight loss, faster recuperation from pregnancy, and Breast cancer prevention to name just a few benefits.

Breast feeding is best. Breast milk, especially the first that is produced, contains the perfect amount of vitamins and minerals for a baby. It is also better than formula for helping build a baby's immune system.

The choice between baby formula and breast milk is a matter of personal preference and what works best for one mother may not be best for another. However, the American Medical Association has recommended breastfeeding as the best choice for newborn babies.
