Get a quality glass bong at your head shop that can hold at least half a water bottle of water, ensure whatever you are smoking is TOP NOTCH QUALITY. or forget making smoking a habit.
then it will be KIND-OF safe, just remember putting in foregin substances into your body (Including alcohol and cigarettes, despite what government says) is always bad for you. It will decrease your time on this planet
