Whether it tastes good will be up to your preference, but it's pretty good for you as long as it's not loaded with butter and cream. The broccoli in it has a good amount of fiber and is a crusiforous vegetable. That means it can help to protect against some forms of cancer. It would be healthier and better for you to eat the broccoli steamed, boiled, or raw since you'd get more of the nutrients.
