Is it ok 20 hair falls daily?

We all loose hair daily, and 20 is a resonable number, I wouldn't worry about it. Brushing tends to pull out hair so if you have long hair you should use a paddle brush. Is has a big square head and is better for long hair as it goes easier through it. If your hair is short you can use any brush really. If it is knotty start brushing at the ends and work your way up to the scalp.
