No, it is a myth. People used to brush their hair 100 times a day to spread the natural oils from the scalps through the hair to moisturize it. That was before shampoo and conditioner were invented. Brushing your hair 100 times a day WON'T give you healthy hair. You have to eat healthy and use a good moisturizing shampoo & conditioner in order to get healthy hair.
