Achitecture is an art form. You can express art in a building however you want. Google "buildings with odd shapes" or "buildings as art" to see what I mean.* Check out the Bauhaus movement. They were the founding fathers of modern architecture as an art form, including the furniture within.

Do you consider graffiti an art form Why or why not?

That depends. Some graffiti (e.g. Sheperd Fairey, Banksy) is meant to be art, and it can definitely be considered art. But a person's nickname in bubble letters on the side of a building is not art at all. yes it is quit hating.

Why are the elements of art called the building blocks of art?

The elements of art, such as line, shape, color, texture, space, form, and value, are considered the building blocks of art because they are the fundamental components that artists use to create and express their ideas. Each element contributes to the overall composition and meaning of an artwork, allowing for a structured approach to artistic expression. By manipulating these elements, artists can evoke emotions, create depth, and convey messages, making them essential to the art-making process.
