Many believe Douglas Griffin in the year 1905 was being transported on a bus to an insane asylum and it crashed. He was the only to escape, and it was in Clifton on the Fairfax County, Virgina bridge at midnight on Halloween. Police found half-eaten skinned bunny corpses and even reports of skinned humans. It is believed a man in a bunny suit (possibly Douglas) haunts the area. I, personally think this story is false, but a man in a bunny suit, playing crazy or just plain crazy could've done it, and an impersonator could do it again.
