Communication is an important soft skill for managers and employees to use when working in the business world. While many individuals have the technical knowledge for the business environment, communication skills are usually not be a strong trait for many people. An important part of quality business communication is understanding the audience listening to the communication. Knowing the audience helps the speaker develop his message with the appropriate level of technical and non-technical language.
