Local disk c
Normally it is "C". But it can be anything.
Go to my computer then select the drive where your hard drive is (usually c:) it is usually labeled as something like local disk c: then you are able to view everything saved to your hard drive
A hard disk that is inside your own PC as opposed to a hard drive you are accessing on a network, that would be in another PC somewhere else.
C drive
C: drive is the main hard drive on your computer. Hard drives are identified by letter, with C: being reserved for the first bootable drive in a computer.
They are the same thing. C: is what the computer's operating system calls the hard drive.
The first hard drive in the computer is usually designated is Drive C:.
disk By default, 'C' denotes a partition of your hard disk drive (given that it has been partitioned) in which windows and its associated system files are stored. C is known as the Local Disk Drive.
Both letters are for Hard Disk drive because one hard disc is compartmentalized and these are named C drive, D drive & E Drive etc.
