There is no recent information to suggest that Cam Sinclair is dead. He is a professional freestyle motocross rider who has had some serious injuries in the past but is still alive as far as public records show.

Rotate the crank pulley at the bottom of the engine until the dimple is at top dead center. Use a second socket set to rotate the intake and exhaust cam sprockets so that the "I" (intake) is at the top dead center on the intake cam, and "E" (Exhaust) is at the top dead center of the exhaust cam. Place the timing belt on the engine. You may need a tool or helper to keep the crank pulley in place while you apply the timing belt. Test your placement by rotating the crank pulley two full rotations. Verify that the intake and exhaust cams return to the original positions - I and E at the top of the cam gears.

Look at the plate behind the cam gears and u will find Two marks in between the gears.one has an e and the other an I. Line the pulleys with the Marks
That is because they are problably spirits just visiting you. that's all, it cam be a good or bad thing.
It will be if #1 piston is at TDC on the compression stroke. When they are lined up.

If all the timing marks are lined up it should be TDC compression.
what do you mean timing specs. your question is a little vague. are you talking about cam specs or ignition timing. the cam you line up the marks on the gear to the head and the ignition timing is about 15 degrees before top dead center
The crank gear dot is at 12 oclock when #1 piston is at TDC, Top dead center. Cam gear dot is at 6 oclock. Both dots should be in a stright line over top of each other.
