Yes. Put some in a cup or bowl that you can microwave, and microwave it for about 15 to 30 seconds. Make sure its not too hot. Then massage into hair for about 5 mins. Then when your done wrap it in cling wrap or a shower cap. And put a warn towel on top of that and let sit for at least 30 mins. Works great!

∙ 11y agoIf you have greasy or oily hair, then no. But, if you have dry or frizzy hair then any oil (coconut, almond, canola) will be great for your hair. I recomend that you
lean over the bathtub and coat your hair with oil, then wrap in a towel (strangly, plastic wrap works really well, too.) After 30 minutes to an hour, you can wash it out and enjoy silky hair!
