Yes, it is a scam. They wish you to provide your banking information and are offering you ten percent on all money they claim they'll be wiring into it.
That they are offering ten percent alone is the tip off, neverminding that a real business would set up it's own bank account and give you the info. No real business is going to use your personal account for it's business. And no one is offering a legit ten percent cut, they'd be out of business in week!
You realize that Western Union could "disburse" those funds of their's at a trifle of the cost they are offering you? Or any reputable bank there could wire it anywhere on Earth without your aid at all?
