While chastity is a virtue, it is not one of the "seven virtues". The seven virtues actually began as four, penned by Aristotle and Plato, temperance, wisdom, justice, and courage. When the New Testament began to be more extensively studied, the other three virtues, fath, hope and charity, were joined with the original four.
The dictionary definition of virtue says
moral excellence; goodness; righteousness
conformity to one's life and conduct to moral and ethical principles; uprightness; rectitude
So, by definition chastity is a virtue, but if you are asking if its one of the ones listed in The Bible...no...afraid not.
