Good for what? It's not especially good for you. There is some evidence that chocolate itself may have some health benefits, but by the time you load it up with milkfat and sugar (as is done in Milk Chocolate) they're pretty negligible.

Chocolate milk does have about twice the amount of sugar than plain milk, and it may have more fat, but there is a such thing as fat free chocolate milk. :)

This is more not good for you, than good for you, this is because depending what milk your using 2 out of 3 milk types do have fat in them. Also this added to chocolate makes this worse. But if you used red top milk then it wouldn't be as bad for you but this milk isn't going to work as it is too thin to make the chocolate milk.
