Is clickfree the makers of portable backup hard drives still in business?

I have two Clickfree backup units. One is Model HD801and the other is N27287. I cannot get either of them to backup my desktop or my laptop. All the program does is open up to Kooboodle. Help!?
The following - is a direct copy of the ONLY text on the Kooboodle website...Kooboodle is no longer in service.Please note:If you are a Clickfree hard drive customer, there is no impact to your Clickfree backup. Hard drive backups will continue to work as they always have.Local photos were not affected; and your Clickfree backup was also not affected. As such, after January 22, 2016, after the cloud copies are deleted, this will in no way affect any local photos (be it on your devices or on your hard drives).Basically - it looks like the back-up copies of your files that were on 'the cloud' - are no longer there, as the site has closed. Their statement appears to claim that your back-ups will still be on your hard-drive somewhere - you will have to use another program to retrieve them.
