it is the country exports petroleum and other very sought after legal products.it has an annual uncrease in it s GDP of about 8.27 percent whuch if you have a brain is really high

I understand all the above, but I woulde say that Colombia has an underdeveloped law enforcement system, since Colombia is notorious for its drugs cartels and for corruption, and is a large source of illegal drugs for the USA and elsewhere.

Colombia is a developing nation, it is quite modern in some areas, it has a reasonably advanced economy and a growing middle class population. It also has an abundance of Natural Resources and generally the population is well educated. But there is still a lot of poverty, corruption and inefficiency that they need to overcome.
