Cork tiles can definitely be recycled, as can any type of cork. Recycled cork tile is readily available at any good flooring distributor and can also be found at stores such as Home Depot and Lowe's.

Cork is so porous, I don't think you can get the glue out. It will at least stain the cork. Can you replace the damaged tile?
