Picture this. In the first couple of minutes you are driving toward the intersection, the light has just turned green. The examiner says to turn right at the light. You notice a police officer parked in the shopping center facing you. As you start the turn, a ped at the far side steps off the sidewalk onto the crosswalk, your car had not enter the crosswalk yet so you stop suddenly, and wait for the ped to come to your side and exit the cross walk. Examiner immediately tells you to go back to the DMV office, you have failed the exam. He writes on his paper unsafe stop on a green and he writes in large letters on the form, "Green means go!" yes he included the exclamation mark. Very upset we drove across the street to see if the police officer was there. We walked up to his patrol car and asked if he observed what happened. He replied yes, I did. He said, "I am surprised that he failed you for that." "The closer the ped got toward your car the more likely it would be that I would have cited you." The officer said, it was still safe at that moment but he would have stopped and waited for the ped.
Does this mean that the police officer would have immediately failed the test? He said we could complain to the DMV but it would not likely do much good. He said it's ok, you will pass next time.
yes it is
The written part of driving test are sometimes the worst part of it. Those you actually have to study for. The actual driving part of the test can be nerve wracking with the tester sitting right there. Not hard enough looking at crash statistics!
It should be easy, only if you studied, stay on task, and concentrate.

No - if you fail the driving test, you have to re-take the driving test; not go over from the beginning with the G1.
The written driver's test is the first thing you need to do before getting a driving license. After you pass the written test, you can take the driving test. If you are under 18, you must however do a driving course prior to taking the driving test.
