This is a question that Christians have debated for years and will continue to debate, probably until Christ returns. Some say that dancing is totally acceptable for Christians, often using the example of King David, who "was dancing before the LORD with all his might". Others say that dancing with a partner is sensual and encourages lust or other sinful behavior. The truth is that there are many definitions of "dancing", and people will often expend a great deal of energy arguing about this issue without even having agreed as to what sort of "dancing" they are talking about.
Nothing is wrong he's just dancing.
Some Christian denominations do not allow dancing, but most denominations do not prohibit dancing. It is up to the family to decide whether ther will be dancing. Usually there is no dancing during the wedding ceremony, but the ceremony is followed by a reception which often includes dancing.

More conservative Baptist churches don't allow dancing, but there are not many. In the Bible dancing was often done when celebrating or praising God.
