A Opoku Bar ( I do not know if it's still there)Club 250 (near the Roundabout but do not know if it still there)Dansoman's first and maybe only Roundabout )Dansoman High Street (so called now and littered with all kinds of shops, stores, kiosk, Bars, Cafes, name it and you will find it).The High Street leads to: Control Market, Tunga, Exhibition, last Stop etc.These are what I remember 30 years ago without the littered High Street.The then Dansoman Estate, was an aspiring charming, peaceful and growing Estate. It was thought to be far from any where and Visitors use to call the Estate, "Wo domia bra"; translated to mean: "come if you love/miss me"The Estate was expanding as the then popular "STATE HOUSING CORPORATION" was steadily building more properties.The Street names were "..... Links", all the Cul de Sacs, were named as "1st Close, 2nd Close, etc, the side roads were all named after Flowers and Trees.The Estate gradually became popular with moderate affluent and genteel Residents. I was a teenager and loved living there.I beleive it is now so densely populated, I am not surprised it is being described as the biggest Estate in West Africa. Obviously, lost it's charm.
