It was thought to be far from any where and Visitors use to call the Estate, "Wo domia bra"; translated to mean: "come if you love/miss me"The Estate was expanding as the then popular "STATE HOUSING CORPORATION" was steadily building more properties.The Street names were "..... Links", all the Cul de Sacs, were named as "1st Close, 2nd Close, etc, the side roads were all named after Flowers and Trees.The Estate gradually became popular with moderate affluent and genteel Residents. I was a teenager and loved living there.I beleive it is now so densely populated, I am not surprised it is being described as the biggest Estate in West Africa. Obviously, lost it's charm.
