Who is the actor for Darth Vader?
Several actors "played" Darth Vader. The man in the costume for the original trilogy was David Prowse. The voice was done by James Earl Jones. The face of the unmasked Vader at the end of Return of the Jedi was Sebastian Shaw. At the end of Revenge of the Sith, Darth Vader was portrayed by Hayden Christiansen. Sebastian Shaw died in 1994. The others are still alive, as of this writing (December 2011).
